All of these recipes are fresh, hearty and vegetarian—they’re proof that meatless pasta recipes can be filling and satisfying. The trick is to load them up with vegetables and finish them with an amazing sauce. I often opt for whole-grain noodles, which keep me fueled longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
